Join us for a new series called "A Mentally Healthy Faith" with Dr. Henry Cloud.  We start this series on Sunday, July 5th.  Here is a description of the series.

When Christians struggle with their faith, not only do they feel separated from God, but symptoms of guilt, shame, depression or anxiety begin to consume their life. Rather than seek help, they blame themselves, convinced that their “badness” is a result of unresolved sin. What steps need to be taken to break the chains that keep us tied to our fall from grace?

In this four-part series, bestselling author and renowned clinical psychologist, Dr. Henry Cloud, shares about the parallels between your mental health and spiritual life, helps you recognize flawed faith and toxic traits in other “Christians” and shows you how to better connect or reconnect with Christ’s love. Each session within the series dives deeper into a specific piece of the puzzle, as Dr. Cloud discusses personal stories, Biblical context, and helpful steps we can take as we aim to grow our mentally healthy faith.
